Ask most Pakistani agencies what a website costs and you’ll be offered a meeting. The meeting exists so they can work out what you can afford before telling you what it costs.
Worse is what happens after. A quote comes in low to win the project, then grows — charges for hosting, for content, for a third round of revisions, for things that were never discussed when you agreed the number. By the time it’s finished you’ve paid double, and there’s nothing in writing to point at.
We’d rather you knew everything now. If our numbers don’t work for you, neither of us has lost an afternoon.
You’re also not paying for a Gulberg office with a reception desk and three account managers who forward your emails to the person actually doing the work. That’s where the difference between our price and a bigger agency’s quote goes — not into cutting corners.
