Extractable structure.
An AI needs to lift a complete answer without the surrounding page. A direct answer in the first sentence of a section, headings matching how people ask questions, and no burying the point in paragraph four.
A growing share of searches now end in an AI-generated answer rather than a list of links. This is the work that decides whether your business appears in those answers or your competitor does.
Which agency should I use?
Someone asks ChatGPT which agency to use, or types a question into Google and gets an AI Overview at the top. They read the answer. They don’t click anything.
You might rank third for that query. It doesn’t matter — the answer was assembled from sources the AI could read, understand and trust.
This isn’t a replacement for SEO. The technical foundations overlap heavily. But the content requirements differ enough that most sites optimised for traditional search are invisible to AI systems, for reasons that are entirely fixable.
Most agency websites are the worst offenders, because they’re written in marketing language rather than specific, verifiable information. There’s nothing for an AI to quote.

“We deliver excellent results” is unquotable. “Websites start at PKR 75K and take one to four weeks” is a fact an AI can use. Numbers, dates and named tools get cited. Adjectives don’t.
Content attributed to a named person with a real bio is treated differently from anonymous content. Most agency blogs have no author at all.
AI systems build a picture of you from everything they find — your site, Google Business Profile, directories. When those disagree about your name, address or what you do, confidence drops. The most commonly broken one and the easiest to fix.
Content that only renders after JavaScript runs is invisible to many crawlers. Accordions loading empty, “load more” buttons, JS-driven testimonials — all missed.
The strongest citation magnet is something nobody else has. Original data, a named methodology, a real case study with numbers.
AEO and GEO aren’t a separate discipline. They’re content and structure work that happens to make your pages better for people too.
We look at what exists, what’s working and what isn’t, then agree a written scope and fixed price before anything starts.
The decisions that matter get made first — architecture, targeting or process mapping depending on the work.
Delivery, with everything documented as we go rather than at the end.
Checked properly before it goes live, not after someone reports a problem.
Reporting on what the work produced, with a call rather than just a document.
AI search referrals are growing but still small. This is a position worth taking now because it’s cheap now — not a channel replacing SEO this quarter.
This phase is cheapest when phase one was done properly — a site with schema and clean structure means we optimise from day one instead of repairing.
It’s also what makes phase three necessary: once enquiries arrive in volume, the gaps in how you handle them stop being tolerable.
