Built before anyone knew where demand came from.
A funnel responds to a specific traffic source and buyer. Building one before you know which campaigns produce enquiries means guessing at both.
Most people who enquire aren’t ready to buy that week. These are the pages and sequences that keep the conversation going after they’ve closed the tab and forgotten about you.
Someone fills in your form, downloads your guide, or books a call and doesn’t show. They get one message. Maybe a call. Then nothing, because nobody had a system and everybody was busy.
Most enquiries that eventually convert do so after several contacts, not one. But manual follow-up depends on human memory, and human memory is occupied. The second, third and fourth touches are where most of the value sits — and they’re the ones that never happen.
The opposite failure is just as common: a fourteen-message sequence written eighteen months ago, still running, still referencing an offer that ended, sent to people who are already customers.
Automation isn’t the goal. Continuing the conversation properly is.

A seven-message nurture makes sense for a PKR 500K engagement. For a PKR 30K job it’s exhausting and reads as desperate.
Sequences go stale. An unmaintained funnel actively damages you because it’s confidently saying things that aren’t true.
The best sequences know when to stop selling and get a human involved. Someone replying with a real question should reach a person, not message four of seven.
Open rates are easy to report and nearly meaningless. The number that matters is booked calls, or enquiries that became customers.
The one nobody wants to hear. If what you’re selling isn’t compelling, or the price doesn’t match perceived value, no sequence fixes it. We’d rather say that at the audit than build something elaborate that can’t work.
Most businesses need a much simpler funnel than they think, connected properly, revised twice a year.
We look at what exists, what’s working and what isn’t, then agree a written scope and fixed price before anything starts.
The decisions that matter get made first — architecture, targeting or process mapping depending on the work.
Delivery, with everything documented as we go rather than at the end.
Checked properly before it goes live, not after someone reports a problem.
Reporting on what the work produced, with a call rather than just a document.
You don’t know where enquiries come from, or the offer isn’t converting when you speak to people directly.
This depends on phase one having built forms that connect to something, and phase two having produced demand worth capturing.
It’s also what makes phase four possible — AI can only qualify a lead that was captured properly, in a consistent format, in an organised system.
