XCONS Solutions is a digital growth agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. We operate alongside XCONS Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16117496.
This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

02What we collect
When you contact us or request an audit or quote: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, website URL, and anything you tell us in a message or on a call.
When you become a client: the above, plus billing details, business information needed to deliver the work, and access credentials to systems you ask us to work on.
When you visit our website: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent, referring source, and how you interact with pages — collected through cookies and similar technologies.
When you subscribe to our emails: your email address, and whether you open or click.
We don’t intentionally collect sensitive personal information. Please don’t send it to us.

05International transfers
Some providers are based outside Pakistan, including in the United States and the United Kingdom. Where your data is transferred internationally, we use providers with appropriate contractual safeguards in place.

07Your rights
You can ask us to:

- Delete your data, where there’s no overriding reason to keep it

- Withdraw consent where we rely on it
Email info@xconssolutions.pk and we’ll respond within 30 days. No charge unless a request is clearly excessive.
If you’re located in the UK or EU, you have additional statutory rights under UK or EU data protection law, and we’ll honour those.
08Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and limiting access to those who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take this seriously.
09Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
